Invite joy, abundance, and positive energy into your space with this delightful vintage Shiwan Kiln glazed Laughing Buddha (Budai) statue.
This piece is beautifully hand-sculpted, featuring the classic image of Budai with a joyful, smiling expression, a prominent belly, and a large mala bead necklace. He is draped in a flowing red robe with blue accents and holds a flowering staff over his shoulder. The unglazed skin tones contrast wonderfully with the vibrant red, blue, and green glazes of his clothing, highlighting the rustic, expressive craftsmanship typical of traditional Shiwan pottery.
Perfect for adding a touch of Zen or eclectic charm to a console table, bookshelf, or meditation space. A wonderful gift for those seeking good fortune and happiness.
