We are very pleased to offer this striking vintage sofa by Milo Baughman, circa 1967. Featuring a beautifully grained rosewood frame with bold architectural lines, the design perfectly captures the sophisticated elegance of mid-century modern furniture. The substantial wood construction contrasts beautifully with its original-looking smoky taupe suede upholstery, featuring natural tonal variations and a firm texture consistent throughout. Generously proportioned, the sofa features three removable seat and back cushions, complemented by plush armrests. The exposed rosewood back is particularly impressive, allowing this piece to be displayed beautifully from any angle, including floating within a room. A wonderful statement piece with timeless appeal. The upholstery is clean, showing age-related wear consistent with its vintage nature. The rosewood veneer has a few tiny areas of loss (legs), but overall, this is an absolutely stunning piece that presents beautifully. Please see all attached photographs for details.
The height measures 25.75 inches to the top of the frame and 28.25 inches to the top of the pillow.
