An elegant 1833 hand-coloured British equestrian aquatint print depicting the famous thoroughbred racehorse "Dangerous", winner of the 1833 Epsom Derby. ridden by jockey James Chapple and owned by Mr Sadler. Painted by the master equestrian artist J.F. Herring Sr and engraved by Charles Hunt, this piece was published was published just months after the race by the renowned printmakers S&J Fuller at their Sporting Gallery in London. This piece has an attribution mark,
