Antique louis xv style mirror, richly carved with scrolling foliage, shells, and other foliage motifs, typical of the rococo style.
the finely carved wooden frame features subtly patinated antique gilding, creating an elegant contrast between the gilded and darker areas.
the composition is centered around an oval mirror, surrounded by a beaded molding and surmounted by a prominent shell motif, emblematic of the louis xv style.
