Set against a muted, pale ground, the composition unfolds through delicate linear marks, geometric forms and fragmented, childlike symbols. A bold black area contrasts with the restrained palette of grey, ivory and earthy tones, creating a subtle tension between expressive gesture and the apparent simplicity of the imagery.

The work evokes the spontaneity of early drawing while retaining the visual ambiguity and conceptual sensitivity associated with D’Orta’s artistic language. Its small format makes it particularly suitable for a private art collection, a study or a contemporary interior where its details can be appreciated at close range.

Presented in a simple wooden frame that complements its understated palette, Infanzia #1 offers an intimate introduction to Massimo D’Orta’s artistic research and the broader theme of childhood. This piece has an attribution mark,
