Ico Parisi Iride Floor Aluminium Lamp by Cassina Ico Parisi’s fascination with the integration of design, art and architecture led to the creation of a floor lamp in the 1970s re-edited while remaining true to the original design. Just as the iris of the eye surrounds the pupil, a series of discs envelops the LED light source creating refractions and sophisticated lighting effects. The result is an ironic sculptural device with a pop soul, thanks to the use of colour. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
however it is well documented in design history. I take full responsibility for any authenticity
issues arising from misattribution,
Up to 250V (Europe/UK Standard).
