The Thonet S 845 is a swivel chair that enhances both the office and living space. Designed by the Lepper Schmidt Sommerlade design studio in 2006 for the long-established Thonet manufactory, its hallmark is the distinct separation of shell and upholstery: the white shell envelops the seat like a shell, its surfaces reminiscent of automotive design. The lavender leather adds a fresh, unusual splash of color, and the polished five-star base completes the elegant look. Thanks to the integrated tilt mechanism, the chair moves with you when you lean back, allowing you to remain relaxed and active even during long workdays. The seat height is adjustable, and the high backrest with its integrated headrest provides additional support. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
designer records,
or other literature sources and take full responsibility for any authenticity issues arising
from
misattribution
