A striking pair of Amsterdam School armchairs, defined by their sculptural presence and expressive craftsmanship. Upholstered in a rich deep red fabric, these chairs feature strong geometric forms and solid wood (ebony) framing, characteristic of the movement’s emphasis on bold structure and artistic detail. The slightly angled arms and grounded stance reflect the architectural influence typical of early 20th-century Dutch design.
Dimensions: depth 82 cm (32.3 in), height 94 cm (37.0 in), width 70 cm (27.6 in). Seat height is 43 cm (16.9 in), with arm height at 60 cm (23.6 in), offering both comfort and support.
The combination of warm wood and vibrant upholstery creates a dramatic yet refined aesthetic. Ideal as a statement pair, these chairs bring historic character and visual impact to any interior.
