This concerns the sought-after low-back lounge edition, known as model 543.

Crafted from exceptionally high-quality materials, these chairs are celebrated for their ergonomic shape, offering an incredibly comfortable and supportive seating experience.

Some time ago, this mid-century modern set was professionally reupholstered in a vibrant red, premium Kvadrat Tonus wool fabric—the exact, high-end original material historically used by Artifort for this model.
The fabric remains in good condition, showing normal signs of wear and gentle, age-appropriate fading/patina (as clearly visible in the photographs).

The heavy-duty steel cross bases are solid and sturdy, exhibiting a natural, vintage patina fitting their age.
A timeless, beautifully engineered design classic that brings both superior comfort and artistic value to any modern or eclectic interior.
