Designed in an elegant spherical shape, the ice cooler combines a reflective gold-colored upper section with a deep reddish-brown lower half. The contrasting surfaces create a sophisticated appearance, while the small sculptural leaf-shaped handle adds a playful decorative detail.
The ice bucket is accompanied by a pair of gold-colored ice tongs, making it a practical as well as decorative accessory for serving drinks. Its rounded silhouette and polished metallic finish reflect the luxurious aesthetic of vintage cocktail accessories and Hollywood Regency-inspired interiors.
Freddotherm was known for its imaginative decorative ice buckets, including sculptural designs associated with Hans Turnwald. These distinctive pieces combine functional bar accessories with the expressive forms and metallic finishes popular during the mid-20th century.
An attractive addition to a vintage home bar, drinks trolley or cocktail cabinet, this Freddotherm ice cooler also makes a decorative object when not in use. This piece has an attribution mark,
