The tail also has turquoise blue enameling and there are clear rhinestone accents on the chest and elsewhere. Metal is gold-plated with textured finish on the back and polished on the front. We believe this colorful pin dates to the 1960s. Unmarked; very similar in styling to versions marked Hattie Carnegie and Kenneth Jay Lane so it was likely produced by the same manufacturer. Measures abut 3 1/8" long and 1 3/4" wide. Condition is excellent showing very little wear. See less
