Shaped wooden arms and exposed frames trace the perimeter of each chair, while loose leather cushions give the seating a relaxed, well-used character.

The contrast between the warm wood and dark upholstery is especially clear in profile. Open space beneath the seats keeps the pair from feeling visually heavy, and the finished backs allow them to be considered from more than one direction.

Both chairs are offered together as one pair.

Condition
Photographs show pronounced leather creasing, rubbing and surface abrasion, particularly along the front seat edges, as well as marks and wear to the wooden arms and legs. One underside covering has a visible tear, shown in the detail photographs. Detail photographs show the wear.

Style Notes
The low profile, warm frame and black leather suit a quiet reading area or conversation grouping. A simple side table and textured rug allow the chairs’ curved arms and aged surfaces to remain the focus.
