The pleated shade has minor unevenness and localized creasing or wear along some folds and edges; no large tear is evident. The underside needs restoration to properly secure the cords. The lamp otherwise is in good working order. The brown cord and two-prong plug are present, with light-colored surface markings and scuffs visible on portions of the cord.
