Antique Edwardian /Arts and Crafts oak bookcase dating to approximately 1910–1920; featuring fully intact leaded-glass doors, a rich original finish, and a distinctive Arts and Crafts-style drop handle. The cabinet features sturdy construction, with solid yet graceful Queen Anne style cabriole legs ending in pad feet. An integrated curved backsplash trim finishes the top edge.
The piece has a narrow 11-inch-deep profile, making it particularly suitable for a dining room, study, hallway, or home office where a traditional cabinet with a smaller footprint is desirable. Adjustable shelves accommodate both storage pieces and display objects.
The cabinet is stable and durable, with normal age-related wear consistent with its age. Carved assembly marks are present inside the door frame; no maker's mark has been identified.
A characterful English oak antique with a handsome traditional silhouette and useful display space in a compact footprint.
