Each lamp showcases a tall, slender, sculptural iron frame with gracefully curling scrolls, distinctive angular diamond-shaped details, and sweeping curved supports that taper toward the base. The richly finished, warm reddish-brown metalwork culminates in decorative curled feet, creating a sophisticated balance of strength and elegance.

The matching silhouettes make these lamps particularly striking when displayed together, whether flanking a fireplace, framing an entryway, illuminating a library, or adding architectural interest to a living room.

Coordinating Antiqued Shades

The lamps are accompanied by matching flared bell-shaped shades featuring an antiqued parchment-look faux-leather finish. Their warm amber and taupe tones, softly mottled appearance, and fine crackled texture beautifully complement the dark ironwork, enhancing the pair’s Old World Spanish Revival character.

When illuminated, the shades produce a rich, warm golden glow that accentuates the sculptural silhouettes of the lamps.

The shades were added to complete the pair and are not original to the lamps.

Condition
Good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear consistent with prior use.

The iron frames display surface wear, minor finish imperfections, and visible irregularities at some joints, as shown in the photographs. The history of these areas is unknown.

The coordinating shades are intact and display visible age-related wear, discoloration, and surface variations, including fine crackling and mottling in their antiqued finish. Their interiors are comparatively clean.

Both lamps have been tested and are fully functional, as demonstrated in the illuminated photographs. They retain vintage Leviton sockets and FAME-marked plugs. Professional electrical inspection is recommended due to the age of the components.

Please review all photographs carefully, as they form an important part of the condition description.
