A delightful piece of mid-century kitchen Americana, this vintage 1950s ceramic "Cookies All Over" cookie jar brings authentic retro charm to any modern home. The classic spherical body features a textured creamy white crackle glaze base adorned with a colorful assortment of high-relief, slip-cast cookie molds—including frosted spritz flowers, chocolate rosettes, sugar cookies, gingerbread stars, and pink hearts.
The accompanying matching lid is perfectly crowned with a realistic, three-dimensional sculpted walnut handle finial.
Condition Details:
Excellent vintage condition. While these high-relief mid-century jars are notorious for structural damage, this piece is entirely structurally sound with no chips, no cracks, and no flea bites along the delicate rim contours or lid flange. The original glossy glaze finish is remarkably clean, showing beautiful age-appropriate internal crackle crazing without deep staining. The painted details remain vibrant and intact.
