Silver pieces are such an old world way to add elegance to your home.
This silver plate pedestal dish is from Wm Rogers and is actually dated 1969. It has a traditional gadroon trim and the bowl sits on a stepped base.
Originally it was probably meant for candies and after diner mints, but it is shown here with shells and beaded fruit for other display options. ( shells and fruit are not included )
The piece also was monogrammed,as shown. The letters are very small and not noticed until polishing.
