This combined garment and umbrella stand was designed by Roberto Lucci and Paolo Orlandini, and was produced by Velca in Italy in the 1960-70 period. It is made of plastic and chrome tube. The upper part and the chromed tube in the central part are removable. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
official proof of authenticity,
