It has the dramatic, fish-eye bubble convex glass. From the 1960s. They were used in the 19th century for servants to be able to observe a room all at one time. It has a perched eagle crest. There are 13 balls which represent the 13 American colonies. It also has ornate decorations at the bottom. There are four arrows and laurel leaf carvings.. It originally had a label which is now missing. It was made by Turner Manufacturing. It is very high quality with fine details. In excellent condition with one small arrowhead missing. Has period wear and patina but no serious damage for repairs. The mirror has no marks or damage.
For secure mounting on a plaster wall you don’t have to find a stud if you use OOK with the triple nails which holds up to 50lbs. This mirror weighs about 25lbs. Don’t use the plastic, stick on hooks.
