Their generous proportions make them especially useful beside a larger bed, while also working well in a dressing room, hallway, sitting room, or guest bedroom. The pair have been stripped and French polished, giving the wood a refreshed, rich finish while preserving their vintage character. The restoration has brought back warmth, depth, and a smart polished appearance, making them highly presentable and ready for use. Each chest offers useful drawer storage, making the pair both decorative and practical. One handle was previously missing and has been replaced with another handle. The new owner may choose to leave it as it is, or we can arrange for all handles to be changed to matching handles for an additional cost. There are expected signs of age and use consistent with 20th century furniture, carefully balanced by the quality restoration. A stylish and practical pair of restored vintage chests, perfect as large nightstands, bedside chests, or elegant storage pieces for a classic interior.
