It features intricate high-relief gold and silver inlay (gilt) detailing, showcasing the exceptional craftsmanship of traditional metalwork.

Key Features:

Design: The body is supported by three distinctive, mask-faced legs. It is flanked by two elegant, intricately cast dragon-form handles that curve outwards.

Lid: The domed lid features pierced (reticulated) scrollwork, allowing incense smoke to escape gracefully. It is topped with a detailed, gilded finial depicting a mythical beast, likely a Qilin or guardian lion.

Decoration: The body features large, rectangular panels with high-relief carvings of dragons and phoenixes amidst stylized clouds. These panels are highlighted with bright gold gilding, providing a beautiful contrast against the dark bronze background. See less
