The sculptural body is constructed with alternating shaped panels that create a pronounced dimensional silhouette. Each panel is embellished with stylized flowers, foliage and ornamental detailing, while the substantial polygonal pedestal base repeats the floral decoration and gives the lamp a strong architectural presence.

Above the body is an elaborate brass fitting with stepped moldings and a decorative pierced latticework band. The combination of polished golden brass, engraved decoration and curving geometric construction gives the lamp an appealing blend of traditional, exotic and Hollywood Regency-inspired design.

The brass exhibits an attractive naturally aged surface with areas of oxidation, spotting, rubbing and color variation consistent with vintage use. The photographs also show the existing socket, harp and electrical cord. Electrical components should be inspected for suitability before use.

A striking decorative lamp for a living room, library, bedroom, console table or eclectic designer interior, particularly effective in interiors combining antique and vintage furnishings with contemporary pieces.
