The design reflects the clean and balanced aesthetic of mid-century modern Italian furniture, characterized by soft curved edges, tapered legs, and refined proportions. The warm tone of the cherry wood contrasts beautifully with the sleek black glass surface, creating a sophisticated and timeless look.

Each nightstand features a front drawer with a sculptural brass handle, adding a subtle decorative detail while maintaining the minimalist elegance typical of Italian design from the period.

The brass elements have been professionally polished, enhancing the warm golden tone of the metal and complementing the richness of the wood grain. The wooden structure has been professionally restored and finished using a traditional shellac hand-polishing technique (French polish), which enhances the depth and natural beauty of the cherry veneer.

These bedside tables work perfectly in a bedroom setting but can also function as small side tables in a living space or reading corner.
