This vintage lamp features a single flared trumpet shade crafted in Tiffany-style stained glass, its ruffled edge composed of irregular mosaic panels in a vibrant mix of ruby red, cobalt and sky blue, emerald and olive green, amber, and soft pastel tones, each piece joined with dark leading in an organic, botanical pattern reminiscent of a lily or trumpet flower bloom. The glass panels transition from deeper jewel tones near the flared opening to richer, more saturated colors toward the base, creating a layered, luminous effect when lit. The shade is cradled in a bronze-toned metal fitter decorated with stylized acanthus leaf detailing, which sits atop a slender pedestal base finished with a naturalistic, scalloped leaf-form foot. An elegant curved metal arm rises from the base, arcing gracefully above the shade and terminating in a small decorative leaf or flower finial, a whimsical, organic flourish that completes the Art Nouveau-inspired silhouette. The combination of richly colored mosaic glass and botanically inspired metalwork gives this lamp genuine decorative charm, evoking the naturalistic forms and luminous glasswork associated with early twentieth-century art glass lighting design.
Place this lamp on a nightstand, side table, or desk where its colorful glass can catch and diffuse light beautifully. Its stained glass shade and organic metalwork suit Art Nouveau, Traditional, Eclectic, Maximalist, and Vintage Glam interiors. The lamp measures 4.25 in / 108 mm wide, 5.25 in / 133 mm deep, and 10.75 in / 273 mm high. Dust the glass and metal regularly with a soft, dry cloth, and have the wiring inspected by a qualified electrician before use if the lamp’s electrical history is unknown. The lamp is in very good vintage condition, with the stained glass intact showing vibrant colors and no visible cracks, and the metal base showing a natural patina consistent with age with minor surface wear; the piece is structurally sound and visually appealing.
