A wide nickel-plated tubular ring holds eight tulip-shaped candle cups. Beneath them, a frosted glass disc is lit by a central bulb sheltered under a bell-shaped shade. The ring hangs from a round ceiling canopy on four cords, giving the piece a light, airy, architectural silhouette. When lit, the candle bulbs give a warm sparkle while the frosted glass spreads a soft, diffused glow, so the chandelier works for both ambient and decorative lighting. The chandelier is in very good vintage condition and has been carefully cleaned. The nickel plating shows a beautiful, even patina consistent with its age. One candle cup has a small hairline crack, shown in the photos, which is not visible when the chandelier is hanging. The electrics were replaced in the past and are in excellent working order. This piece is attributed to the mentioned designer/maker. It has no attribution mark and no
