The Kinkade Studios explain that its limited edition canvases reproduce the original image on premium canvas and are hand-touched or highlighted by artisans. This print's romantic scene depicts an idyllic formal rose garden overflowing with climbing and flowering roses, framed by masonry walls and an inviting garden gate. Light filtering through the landscape creates the warm, almost dreamlike atmosphere for which Kinkade became known. The artist's signature appears at the lower right along with the biblical reference John 3:16. Presented in a dark wooden frame, the painting retains its engraved brass plaque centered beneath the image identifying the title and artist. Unframed, this image measures 29.5"H x 24"W x 0.5"D.
