The bottle has a flattened, rounded form with a white base color. The main scene depicts a graceful maiden seated in a garden setting, playing a Guqin (a traditional stringed instrument). She is surrounded by detailed foliage, including bamboo and banana leaves, as well as rockery and a low wall. The reverse side shows a similar garden scene with a maiden standing beside a rock formation.

The bottle is topped with a pinkish-brown domed stopper set in a brass-colored metal collar. The neck features a blue and white scrolling wave pattern. The front of the bottle bears black calligraphy reading "芭蕉仕女圖" (Banana Plant and Maiden Painting). The underside of the base carries a blue, four-character seal mark reading "乾隆年製" (Made in the Qianlong Reign).
