The deity is seated in a relaxed posture upon a lotus base, her dark-patinated bronze face and hands contrasting beautifully with her vibrant cloisonné enamel robes. The robes are decorated with intricate, multi-colored floral and scrolling vine motifs on a yellow and turquoise-blue ground, accented with gilded details. A small, dark-patinated bronze figure of a child sits on her lap. The sculpture rests on a multi-tiered lotus base, featuring dark bronze petals and colorful enamel sections. The underside of the base bears a central, cast seal mark within a decorative border.
