The figure is seated in the lotus position (padmasana) with hands resting in the lap in the dhyana mudra (meditation gesture). The Buddha features a tranquil, gilded face with downcast eyes, an urna (dot) between the brows, and elongated ears. The hair is rendered in a dark, textured blue-black pigment, finished with a prominent ushnisha (cranial bump). The body is draped in flowing robes with deeply cast, graceful folds that cascade over the lap. The sculpture is extensively gilded, retaining a bright, warm gold luster with a natural, aged patina in the recesses. The reverse side of the robe bears a cast inscription panel, and the underside reveals the hollow casting with a central embossed vishvavajra (double vajra) symbol.
