The rectangular mirror is housed within a wooden back and copper frame, creating an attractive combination of warm materials and period commercial graphics. The original advertising remains prominently displayed, giving the piece considerable character as an example of British retail and footwear advertising. Designed with versatility in mind, the mirror incorporates a collapsible rear stand allowing it to be displayed freestanding upon a shop counter, desk or floor.
