This really is a Great Looking Authentic Antique American Duck Hunters Working Decoy. Large Size and Rendered in a Unusually Tall Neck Form. It was made in the Early 20th Century. It is Completely Hand Made - Hand Carved out of Solid Pine Wood with Steel Rounded Top Tack Eyes. It Still Retains a Good Portion of its Original Hand Painted Features and it Displays Very Nicely. It has been Hunter used for Many years - aged and weathered giving it that authentic old look that cannot be duplicated.
I found this piece on one of my recent picking adventures in the Lancaster Pennsylvania Region
