A wonderful and cozy lamp to have next to your reading armchair or sofa.

This charming floor lamp is a great example of Swedish craftsmanship from the 70s and 80s.

The turned, jointed pine arm gives the lamp both character and functionality, while the floral shade adds a warm, nostalgic touch that fits perfectly in nature-inspired or retro-styled homes.

The lamp is made by Solbacken, a smaller Swedish producer known for its solid woodwork and period-typical design.
The combination of solid pine, soft shapes, and decorative fabric makes it a unique addition to the room — as much a design piece as a light source.

Solbacken was a small Swedish lamp workshop that made lighting during the 1970s and 1980s.
They were part of the large group of small, local producers that existed in Sweden during this period — often family-owned carpentries or craft businesses that made lamps from wood, textile, and natural materials. This piece has an attribution mark,
