• manufacturer: meissen, germany.
• pattern (decor): "wildflowers / botanical painting" (german: feldblumen / botanische malerei). Entirely hand-painted underglaze by a master artist. The front displays a meticulously detailed, naturalistic depiction of a purple red clover blossom complete with its intricate root system. The reverse side features a secondary delicate composition of a yellow field flower.
• finishing: the base is beautifully accentuated by a thick, heavy band of 24k burnished gold, applied flawlessly by hand.
• form: sleek, modernist cylindrical sleeve/tube shape with a clean profile.
the underside bears the authentic underglaze meissen crossed swords mark in cobalt blue.
• quality: 1st quality (first choice / 1. Wahl). Pristine crossed swords mark with absolutely no cancellation cuts or factory grind lines. The vase left the factory as a flawless specimen.
• additional marks: hand-painted iron-red painter’s signature and pattern numbers (85 / 2811), along with incised model numbers in the porcelain paste.
• period: vintage, second half of the 20th century (circa 1970–1980).

condition report:

excellent / cabinet condition. Pristine vintage state with no chips, cracks, hairlines, glaze crazing, or restorations. The glaze remains perfectly uniform, clean, and glossy. The hand-painted botanical motifs are flawlessly preserved. The thick gold band at the base is complete, vibrant, and shows no signs of rubbing, thinning, or wear. This piece has an attribution mark,
