They are richly decorated with gilt bronze louis xv-style rocaille, foliage, flowers, and seeds that wind up around the paunch of the marble vases and extend out to form handles. Each vase is set on a raised foot whose base is encircled with a ring of gilt bronze ribbing and interspaced leaves. A square base accented with a polished gilt bronze band supports each vase, circa 1880. Dimensions: l 22cm, p 19cm, h 38cm. See less
