Designed in the 1930s by walter dexel—an artist closely associated with the bauhaus circle—this ovoid vase combines a sleek, minimalist form with exceptional craftsmanship. It was decorated by karl wiedmann and his team in wmf's former glass studio using mottled glass granulate and interlayer oxides. This rare "dexel ei" stands out with its vibrant and uncommon combination of orange and white powders.
