An exquisite, highly stylized American Art Deco waterfall china cabinet dating from the late 1930s to early 1940s.
The focal point of this exceptional curio display is its stunning central glass door, which features an intricate, geometric fretwork overlay in a stylized fountain or palmette pattern.
Flanking the glass door are sweeping outer panels faced in rich, dramatic chevron book-matched walnut veneers with linear blonde wood inlay banding.
The lower portion houses a spacious pull-out storage drawer fronted in a distinct diamond veneer layout and fitted with its original two-tone horizontal wing hardware pull.
Elevated on elegant spade-foot legs accented with iconic dark-capped bases, this cabinet retains its beautiful curved "waterfall" top profile.
Inside, generous shelving provides a dramatic backdrop for displaying fine porcelain, art glass, or collectibles.
Part of factory style suite NO-G-373, this cabinet is a standout example of pre-war machine-age craftsmanship.
Matching buffet sideboard, extension dining table, and set of 6 dining chairs are available separately in our shop to complete the full dining suite context.
