This is a finely crafted antique glass snuff bottle, featuring a hand-painted enamel design on a bright yellow ground. The central motif depicts a rooster and a hen amidst a rocky landscape, surrounded by pink blossoming flowers, sunflowers, and green foliage. The rooster is a traditional Asian symbol representing good fortune and auspiciousness. The bottle is of flattened, flask-like form with rounded shoulders and a slightly tapering base. It is topped with a domed, dark blue stone or glass stopper set in a metal collar, with a metal spoon attached. The base features an oval cartouche containing a four-character seal mark in blue. The glass body has a smooth, glossy finish.
