The scene depicts a branch with large, stylized red and blue blossoms, a small blue bird perched among the leaves, and a butterfly in flight, all rendered in bright, multi-colored enamel. The bottle has a flattened, rectangular form with rounded shoulders and a short neck, topped with a dark, domed stopper. A metal spoon is attached to the stopper and extends into the bottle. The base features a white enamel cartouche containing a four-character seal mark in black. The enamel surface is glossy and shows the characteristic fine wirework of the cloisonné technique.
