The cylindrical body is expertly carved in high relief with a dynamic, sinuous dragon motif. The dragon is depicted winding around the tube, surrounded by detailed, swirling cloud patterns. The top and bottom of the carved section are framed by a classic geometric key-fret border, while the flared top rim and the separate, domed base are polished smooth to a dark, glossy finish. The wood exhibits a rich, warm reddish-brown patina with a visible grain, and the carving is crisp with dark patina settling into the recesses, highlighting the intricate workmanship.
