The composition features ribbon‑like bands of color—including a distinctive pink ribbon—characteristic of fused‑glass techniques explored by mid‑century Murano studios such as AVeM and Cenedese. The glass is hand‑fused and shaped into a sculptural square form with a softly raised lip, creating a dynamic interplay of pattern and color across its glossy surface. The underside is crafted in emerald‑green Murano glass with a polished pontil mark, reflecting quality mid‑century studio workmanship. A striking decorative object for a console, cocktail table, vanity (as a jewelry catchall), or bookshelf; a refined example of Italian modernist studio craftsmanship. See less
