*Symbolism of the Prunus or Plum Blossom The "Four Gentlemen":The plum blossom is the leader of the four noble plants—alongside bamboo, orchid, and chrysanthemum—embodying high moral character, purity, and an unyielding spirit. Perseverance and Resilience: Blossoming before any other flower and defying freezing temperatures, the plum blossom represents courage and inner strength when facing life's harshest hardship. Renewal and Purity: As a harbinger of early spring, it marks fresh beginnings, modesty, and the triumph of life over winter's dormancy. See less
