A striking French Empire style inverted pendant chandelier featuring a beautifully hand-carved, genuine white alabaster stone bowl.
The translucent stone dish displays beautiful natural veining and casts an incredibly soft, warm ambient glow when illuminated. The bowl is cradled by an antiqued gilt-finished rim, suspended from three decorative chains accented with stylized bow motifs. The fixture culminates in an oversized, ornate acanthus leaf ceiling canopy that acts as a stunning statement medallion.
This fixture features an intact original UL (Underwriters Laboratories) safety label on the interior of the canopy, verifying its electrical compatibility for domestic hardwired installations. Perfect for adding refined, old-world elegance to an entryway, dining room, or sophisticated bedroom.
