It is made from patinated brass and features a single layered, partially painted glass shade that resembles a fried egg - hence its name. This design is similar to lamps from Poul Henningsen during the same era. Measurements: H: 41 cm, Diameter shade/base: 17/14 cm. The lamp has been electrically restored with a newer secure fitting and twin-wire. The top of the shade has some nicks to its underside. Barely noticeable since this is slightly recessed into the main shade. This top also show spots where the paint is worn. I have official proof of authenticity such as vintage catalogs,
