This matching pair of 1970s Danish modern teak nightstands was manufactured by Scan Coll. They feature a striking, asymmetrical stepped profile with an integrated privacy side shield flanking the upper shelf.
Each bedside chest is built with two deep drawers that stack with a clean, hardware-free look, utilizing integrated finger grooves along the solid wood drawer edges. A clever pull-out tray sits directly above the top drawer, lined with an easy-to-clean off-white laminate surface that serves as a pull-out extension for a morning coffee or a book. Finished in richly figured honey teak veneers on a plinth base, this sculptural pair offers a great blend of functional bedroom storage and architectural geometry.
