This striking pair of double-gourd vases is crafted from a bronze body and richly decorated with cloisonné enamel. Each vase features a deep blue ground covered in a dense, continuous pattern of stylized cloud motifs. The bodies are prominently decorated with vibrant, detailed depictions of a dragon and a phoenix amidst flames and clouds—classic symbols of harmony and good fortune. The waist of each vase is adorned with a colorful lotus blossom with scrolling green leaves. The bases bear a square enameled seal mark. This set is a striking example of traditional decorative art, combining sculptural bronze elements with fine enamel work.
