The central figure depicts Shakyamuni Buddha seated in the lotus position upon a double-lotus base. He has a serene, downcast expression, a blue-black coiled ushnisha, and a swastika emblem on his chest. His right hand is raised in the Abhaya mudra (gesture of fearlessness), while his left hand rests in his lap. The two flanking disciples, each standing on a lotus base with hands clasped in the Anjali mudra (gesture of reverence), are finely modeled with distinct facial features. The flowing robes of all three figures are detailed with deep, graceful folds accented by red pigment in the crevices. This set is a striking example of traditional Buddhist sculptural art, combining detailed casting with rich gilding.
