Each scrolling arm is fitted with a distinctive pink lotus-bud candle cup and entwined with finely modeled grapevines, lush foliage, and clusters of green fruit, creating a highly decorative Rococo-inspired display.

The candelabra is supported by a separate Dresden porcelain stem lavishly adorned with high-relief bocage decoration, including delicate clusters of hand-applied multicolored roses and intricate botanical encrustations. The underside bears the blue underglaze Dresden mark featuring a five-pronged crown above a serif letter "N" with "Dresden" below.

The piece was mounted on a tiered brass-tone pedestal base and was converted into a striking electric table lamp. A central faux-drip candle sleeve holds a flicker-flame bulb that beautifully simulates the warm, dancing glow of candlelight, enhancing the lamp's period charm and visual appeal.
