Each vessel features a bulbous body adorned with vibrant polychrome floral scrollwork on a turquoise blue ground. The domed lids are fitted with openwork scrolling designs and are topped with a finial shaped as a seated lion. The sides are flanked by elaborate handles modeled as stylized dragons, and the vessels rest on four legs shaped as lion heads and paws. Each burner is elevated on a matching cloisonné stand with a pierced apron and curved legs. The base of the vessel bears a rectangular enameled seal mark. The set is a striking example of traditional decorative art, combining sculptural bronze elements with fine enamel work.
