This jewelry box showcases exquisite Chinese craftsmanship. Crafted from richly grained rosewood with a deep, warm red-brown patina, the lid is centered with a hand-carved round green jade medallion featuring intricate raised relief — a motif of symbolic good fortune. The four corners are set with cabochons of turquoise, deep crimson and violet gemstone, each framed in gleaming gold-tone metalwork that echoes classic Chinese filigree design.
The box opens to reveal a lined interior ideal for rings, bracelets, earrings and small keepsakes — a beautiful, practical addition to a dresser, vanity or console. Its balanced proportions and ornate inlay make it equally at home in an eclectic living space or a curated collection of Oriental décor.
A statement piece for collectors of Chinese antiques, Chinoiserie décor, or anyone who appreciates hand-inlaid woodwork.
