The entire set has undergone a comprehensive restoration, with the solid walnut frames structurally revised, refinished, and polished with wax, complemented by renewed spring seating and new upholstery throughout. Hand-crafted from solid walnut, the chairs are distinguished by their gracefully curved backrests, sculpted frames, and delicate floral carvings at the upper corners. The rich walnut grain and warm, polished finish are complemented by an expressive botanical upholstery, featuring large-scale foliage in muted shades of teal, olive green, moss green, ochre, and warm taupe against a softly aged beige ground. Each chair presents a unique composition of the pattern across its seat and backrest, lending individuality to every piece while preserving the visual harmony of the complete set. Individually hand-applied speckled brass nailheads follow the contours of the upholstery, providing a finely detailed finish that complements the sculptural quality of the walnut frames.
